MORE FROM MY BOOK

THE ART OF SHEDDING. THIS IS A LITTLE BIT MORE CHALLENGING FOR ME. "THE FIRST STEP IS IN SIMPLIFICATION OF LIFE, IN CUTTING OUT SOME OF THE DISTRACTIONS. BUT HOW? FIRST VANITY; LEARNING HOW LITTLE WE CAN GET ALONG WITHOUT. SHEDDING PRIDE; SHEDDING OUR MARTHA LIKE ANXIETY ABOUT THINGS AND THE IMPRESSION THEY MAKE ON OTHER PEOPLE. SHEDDING HYPOCRIY IN HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS-- SHEDDING MY SOCIAL MASK. FINALLY, TO ASK HOW LITTLE, NOT HOW MUCH, CAN I GET ALONG WITH. TO SAY -- IS IT NECESSARY?-- WHEN I AM TEMPTED TO ADD ONE MORE ACCUMULATION TO MY LIFE." FOR ME THAT IS JUST HARD. BUT IT IS BEGINNING TO HELP WHEN I AM TEMPTED TO BUY SOMETHING, NOW I AM STARTING TO ASK MYSELF, IS IT NECESSARY?--WE HAVE THE CHOICE BETWEEN SIMPLICITY AND COMPLICATION OF LIFE.
