EASTER IN WALLA WALLA

JEFF AND I WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GO TO WALLA WALLA TO SEE BEN AND MICHELLE OVER THE EASTER WEEKEND.  WE GOT THERE ON FRIDAY AND BEN AND MICHELLE TOOK ME TO A PLACE FOR LUNCH THAT I WON'T SOON FORGET.  "GRAZE" WAS THE NAME OF THE EATERY AND I LOVED MY LUNCH, I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK.
SATURDAY WAS A BEAUTIFUL DAY, IT WAS SO NICE TO SEE THE SUN SHINE AND FEEL A LITTLE WARMTH IN THE AIR.  WE WENT ANTIQUE SHOPPING FOR ME TO HELP ME FIND A SEWING TABLE WHICH WE SUCCESSFULLY FOUND.  WE TOOK OUR LUNCH TO THE PARK AND HAD A PICNIC.  SOMETHING THAT LIVING IN IDAHO WE DON'T GET TO DO VERY OFTEN BECAUSE THE WEATHER IS SO UNPREDICTABLE, BUT SOMETHING THAT I REMEMBER DOING ALL THE TIME AS A KID OVER EASTER. AFTER LUNCH  WE WENT TO A CANYON SOMEWHERE AND TOOK A NICE LONG AFTERNOON HIKE.  MICHELLE IS DOING SO GREAT SO FAR IN HER PREGNANCY, SHE IS STILL THE ENERGIZER BUNNY (NO EASTER PUN INTENDED)

WE HAD A GREAT EASTER SUNDAY, BEN AND MICHELLE KEPT US FEED  ALL DAY WITH YUMMY FOOD.  BEN'S PORK CHOPS FOR DINNER WERE THE BEST AND YOU CAN FIND THE RECIPE ON OUR RECIPE BLOG.   WE'VE MADE IT A HABIT TO GO FOR A WALK AFTER DINNER AND TONIGHT WE WENT TO A CUTE PARK WITH AN AVIARY.  THERE ARE SO MANY NICE PARKS AND PLACES TO WALK IN WALLA WALLA, ONE THING I LOVE ABOUT THAT LITTLE TOWN.
BECAUSE I HAD A FEW DAYS OFF, I HUNG OUT WITH JEFF AND WE HEADED TO
COEUR D' ALENE, IDAHO.  JEFF MADE SALES CALLS AND I ENJOYED SOME DOWN TIME, THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS GIG IS THAT JEFF LIKES TO GET ON THE ROAD EARLY, SO NO SLEEPING IN. WHEN WE PULLED IN THE WEATHER WAS SO NICE WE WERE ABLE TO EAT OUR DINNER ON THE RESTAURANT PATIO, BUT IN TRUE IDAHO FASHION, THE WEATHER CHANGED OVERNIGHT AND WAS VERY CHILLY IN THE MORNING BUT I STILL GOT  A 4 MILE WALK/RUN IN DOWN BY THE LAKE BEFORE WE LEFT TOWN.

I ALWAYS LOVE IT WHEN I GET A CHANCE TO GO SEE MY KIDS AND TO ALSO SPEND TIME ON THE ROAD WITH JEFF.  IT WAS SO MUCH FUN.  TO BAD THE WEEK HAD TO END WITH MY  FIRST COLONOSCOPY, BUT WE ARE'NT GOING THERE. ENOUGH SAID.
