I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO INCREASE MY CARDIO AND IMPLEMENT RUNNING INTO MY REGULAR EXERCISE. TO ALL YOU OUT THERE READING THIS, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE NEVER BEEN A RUNNER, NEVER, NOT EVEN AS A KID. SO THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE RUNNERS WHO ARE READING THIS MIGHT LAUGH A LITTLE WHEN I SAY THAT I FINALLY RAN A MILE IN 14 MINUTES AND RAN 1.75 MILES.
YEAH FOR ME. I AM SLOWLY BUT SURELY GETTING READY TO RUN A 5K THIS SUMMER. AND BELIEVE ME IT WILL TAKE THAT LONG TO GET THERE.
