WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

BRIGHT SUNNY SKY THIS MORNING, BUT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE.
I JUST CHECKED MY CALENDAR AND THIS IS THE 3RD FRIDAY MORNING THIS MONTH THAT WE HAVE AWOKE (IS THAT A WORD?) TO SNOW ON THE GROUND.

YOU MIGHT THINK THAT I AM USING THE SAME PICTURE EVERY WEEK, BUT UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT. IT SEEMS LIKE THE SNOW COMES BACK ONCE A WEEK JUST TO MAKE A LITTLE VISIT AND TO REMIND US THAT WINTER HASN'T MADE A COMPLETE EXIT YET. (NOTICE THAT THE TRAILER ACROSS THE STREET IS NOT IN THIS PICTURE LIKE IT WAS IN THE ONE LAST WEEK)

THIS IS THE VIEW FROM MY FRONT DOOR THIS MORNING. LIKE I SAID BEFORE, SPRING IS ONLY IN THE STORES AND THE DECORATIONS. "SPRINTER" (SPRING/WINTER) IS STILL MAKING A REGULAR APPEARANCE AND EVEN LEXIE IS NOT HAPPY.

I FOUND THIS CUTE EASTER IDEA I THOUGHT I WOULD MAKE FOR MY PRIMARY CLASS AND TO HELP BRIGHTEN THINGS UP A LITTLE. I FOUND IT ON A BLOG THAT I LIKE TO FREQUENT. YOU CAN GET THE INSTRUCTIONS HERE. Easter decor and spring decor is everywhere now, everything around me is screaming "Spring" except the weather. Today as I looked out the window, low and behold tiny little snowflakes were falling from the sky. What to do? So if I can't enjoy spring outside maybe I can bring it in. FATHER AND SONS

OVER THE LAST TWO WEEKS I HAVE ENJOYED HAVING MY KIDS UP TO VISIT. LAST WEEKEND WAS BEN AND MICHELLE, THIS WEEKEND WE ENJOYED HAVING BRANDON VISIT US. (WE MISSED YOU DAYNA AND HAILEY) HOW I LOVE TO SEE TO SEE MY SONS INTERACTING WITH THIER FATHER. THEY LOVE TO TINKER IN THE GARAGE AND JUST HANGING OUT TOGETHER. A SPECIAL BOND THAT AS A MOTHER I CHERISH.

LIKE FATHER LIKE SON....HOW GREAT.

SPRINTER (SPING/WINTER)

I JUST ADDED A NEW SEASON, "SPRINTER" SPRING/WINTER . THAT IS THE SEASON WE ARE IN NOW. NOT SURE HOW LONG THIS NEW SEASON WILL LAST? ONLY TIME WILL TELL.

JEFF TOLD ME ONE DAY THAT A FARMER ONCE TOLD HIM THAT IF WE HAVE A LATE EASTER WE WILL HAVE A LATE SPRING. WELL I GUESS AS OF THIS MORNING I WOULD AGREE THAT THE FARMER MAY KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT. HAVE FUN SKIING BRANDON, I ONLY WISH I COULD GO WITH YOU!

BRINGING SPRING INDOORS

PENDANTS ARE ALL THE RAGE RIGHT NOW. IT SEEMS LIKE EVERY CRAFT BLOG YOU LOOK AT THEY HAVE PENDANTS IN A PICTURE SOMEWHERE. I DIDN'T THINK THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN MAKING ONE TILL I SAW THIS KIT AT PORTERS AND KNEW THIS CUTE SPRING PENDANT NEEDED TO FIND A PLACE IN MY HOUSE. THIS WAS ONE OF THE CRAFTS THAT MICHELLE AND I MADE OVER THE WEEKEND. I DECIDED THAT IF I CAN'T HAVE SPIRNG OUTSIDE THEN I WILL BRING IT INSIDE.

CONFERENCE WEEKEND

This last weekend was conference weekend and it is something that I always look forward to. Ben and Michelle and Grandpa came up for a visit and we had a great time. The guys spent quality time in the garage working on the rock crawler and Michelle and I spent time crafting, and we all had a enjoyable time watching conference and eating good food. I always hate to see my family leave, however there was one visitor that ran for the car, with her tail wagging who couldn't wait to leave. Silly Nibby, she just loves grandpa and was not about to be left here when she can go home with grandpa, the gourmet dog food cook. I even think Lexie hates to see him leave because she has to go back to her regular boring dog food. I love conference time because it is family time, I hope that maybe next conference Brandon, Dayna and Hailey can join us to make it complete.
